Chales Painters did the interior of my home last spring and did the exterior last week. The attention to detail and the courtesy and professionalism is absolutely outstanding. They scraped, caulked, primed some spots, and even dug a tiny trench at the bottom of the house so they could paint a little lower. Everything that wasn't getting painted was covered and they were careful around my plants. I loved working with them and my neighbors are asking for their name. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. (Honestly, I swear I don't gush like this all the time).

What pleased me was their attention to detail; their team went above and beyond in preparing the surfaces, which included power washing, scraping, priming, caulking and numerous minor repairs. Their careful preparation was evident in the finish of the paint job.

Honoring a price that was nearly six months old, Nico and his team did a great job on my house. I was glad, in particular, to have someone else do the hundreds of pickets on my deck rails. They repaired ten years of flaking paint blasted by southerlies! I was particularly impressed by their caulking prep prior to painting and the incredible attention they paid to masking. Well done!

Honestly, I usually do my own painting but just couldn’t bring myself to tackle the interior of this big old house that we’re in now. I looked at reviews online and saw good ones for Charles Excellent Painter. Filled out the form for a quote, he called that day, came over the next, and started a couple of days later. His crew put in 10 hour days every day until it was done. And everything was perfect. They were so careful and such professional craftsmen. My house which was pretty dingy and a little depressing now looks beautiful, happy, relaxing. Just the way I want it. I can’t recommend Nico and his crew highly enough. Next Spring they’ll be doing the exterior.

I received my letter from Jubilee telling me that I had to paint my fence, so sent email requests for quotes on line to those recommended on Yelp. If you are looking for a wonderful painter for any job in your home or for your fence, I recommend Chales Excellent Painter LLC. Mr. Chales and his son were very respectful and courteous to me and careful of my home and garden. They were promptly on time, never messy or rough with anything. They pressure washed the first day and then waited until a sunny day to paint. They covered anything that wasn't my fence with plastic to ensure that no paint got onto my garden or those big rocks under my fence. They didn't trample my garden, either. My neighbor behind me stopped me on the street to compliment me on how meticulously Mr. Chales and Sergio had painted the outside of my fence instead of just slopping the paint on any which way.
